You can now earn Marriott Bonvoy points when dining at participating restaurants, bars, and clubs as a member of the Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy dining membership program. This program has been available since October of 2019 and offers two promotions that are currently in effect for a limited time, allowing you to earn up to 6,000 Marriott Bonvoy points.
The first promotion allows you to earn 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy points every time you dine ten qualifying times at participating restaurants. To be eligible for this promotion, you must be enrolled in both the Marriott Bonvoy frequent guest loyalty program and the Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy dining program. Additionally, you must pay for your meal with a minimum spend of $30.00 using your linked credit card. This promotion is valid through Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
In addition to the points earned through the regular dining program, you can also earn 6,000 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points as a new member of the Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy dining program. To qualify for this bonus, you must complete the following tasks by Tuesday, December 31, 2024:
1. Spend a minimum of $30.00, including tax and tip, at any participating restaurant, bar, or club within your first 30 days as a member of the dining program.
2. Pay for your dining experience with a credit card or debit card that is linked to your Eat Around Town dining program membership account.
3. Complete an online review of your dining experience within 30 days of your visit.
Once you have completed these tasks, you can earn up to 6,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points by dining out at participating establishments up to three times within 60 days. The bonus points breakdown is as follows:
1. 1,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for the first visit with a minimum spend of $30.00.
2. 2,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for the second visit with a minimum spend of $30.00.
3. 3,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for the third visit with a minimum spend of $30.00.
It is important to note that the number of Marriott Bonvoy points earned will vary depending on your elite status within the Marriott Bonvoy program. Members with elite status, such as Ambassador, Titanium, Platinum, Gold, or Silver, will earn six Marriott Bonvoy points per eligible dollar spent. Members without elite status will earn four Marriott Bonvoy points per eligible dollar spent.
Eligible charges for earning points include food, drink, tax, and tip, all charged to the registered credit card or debit card. However, some restaurants may have restrictions on the days of the week when rewards are available, the number of visits per month, or a maximum spending limit per month. It is also worth noting that points earned through Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy do not count towards elite tier qualification in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
After completing a transaction through the Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy program, please allow up to eight weeks for the points to appear in your Marriott Bonvoy membership account. The promotions mentioned cannot be transferred, are not valid for groups, and cannot be combined with other select offers or bonuses.
